Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted Italian shoes, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Every pair must be returned in its original packaging and in pristine condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original M.Gemi dust bags and shoe box, then secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once our workshop verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
